Beet Kvass

Loving this fermented drink right now….and so is Christopher.
Just one sip makes me feel oh so good.
Beets are exceptionally great at nourishing and cleansing the blood, and they taste yummy too. This particular drink is salty with a slight fizz, it can be used in place of vinegar in salad dressings, or splashed into soup. I like to pour myself a large glass and drink it right to the last drop.
YUM.
I have to stop myself from drinking the whole quart in one sitting!
